Leadership Team

Matt joined White Cup in 2021 as the Chief Executive Officer.  He has more than 20 years of experience leading businesses with a focus on go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and shareholder value expansion. Before joining White Cup, Matt was President of ProShip – an enterprise software company serving the Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Healthcare industries.  Matt also held executive leadership positions with Epicor Software and Visa.  Matt lives in Northern California and enjoys spending time with his family.

Allen Pack joined White Cup in 2020. His 20+ years of financial expertise includes strategic modeling, M&A, financial reporting, tax, audit and revenue recognition. Prior to joining White Cup, Allen held financial leadership roles at Vendavo, Gaiam (NASDAQ: GAIA), and CenturyLink (NYSE: LUMN). Allen is a CPA and started his career with Arthur Andersen in Silicon Valley.  Allen enjoys backpacking, jazz piano, gardening and spending time with family.

Matt Elliott joined White Cup in May 2026. Matt brings more than 25 years of sales leadership experience across SaaS, ERP, CRM, and cloud technology organizations. He has a proven track record of building high-performing global sales teams, accelerating recurring revenue growth, and helping technology companies scale in competitive markets. His deep expertise in distribution and business technology solutions makes him a strong fit to lead White Cup’s sales organization and support the company’s continued expansion.

Kristen Thom joined White Cup, formerly Compass Sales Solutions, in 2013. With a customer-first commitment, Kristen has held roles across implementation, support, development, and customer success. She has almost 10 years of experience in the office technology space and almost 5 years of experience in the distribution industry. Kristen lives in Boise, Idaho with her husband, two dogs, and extended family.

Siddharth joined White Cup in 2023. He has an extensive background in building enterprise scale applications and leading software engineering teams. His background includes Sr. Director roles at Liquidity Services, BridgeStreet Global Hospitality and Fishbowl, Inc. Siddharth has a proven track record of strong leadership that results in the delivery of high-quality software products.

Outside of his professional career, he currently resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and enjoys playing badminton.

Scottie Girouard joined White Cup as the Vice President of Human Resources in 2020. She has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in HR strategy, operations and compliance; talent acquisition; employee relations and engagement. She has dedicated most of her career to the software technology industry and held executive positions at Connecture and JDA. Scottie lives in the Milwaukee area and enjoys fitness, traveling, and spending time with friends & family.

Kayla Fargo joined White Cup in 2023 and leads all aspects of marketing strategy, brand development, and demand generation. With a passion for empowering sales and customer-facing teams, Kayla brings over a decade of experience driving growth for SaaS companies, including deep expertise in the enterprise software and education technology industries. She lives in the Driftless region of Wisconsin with her husband and son.
